I'm glad I was able to read this writing. I would wake up and jump out of my bed in panic, worry, and fear of the 'unknowns'. With an overactive mind and some OCD tendencies, I started to see a change in my mornings. It's a simple structure to follow with great simplicity. Now, I can lay in my bed to begin my day comfortably.🌞
